§ 41-23. Palm Beach County Water and Pollution Control Authority—Created; membership.

In order to effectuate the intent and purpose of this act [article] as set forth in section 2 [§ 41-22] herein, the Palm Beach County Water and Pollution Control Authority is hereby created. The members of the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida, shall constitute the membership of the authority. The Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida, shall be the chairman of the authority. The Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida, shall be the clerk of the authority.
