§ 41-39. Contracts enforceable by bondholders.

  • Any contract entered into by the authority shall be deemed to have been made for the benefit of any holders of bonds issued pursuant to this act [article] to the extent necessary, and the terms of any such contract shall be enforceable by such bondholders in any appropriate legal proceeding. Any such contract if made with another public body or municipality shall be enforceable without the requirement of formal consideration.
