    The following ordinances are in full force and effect even though they are not published in the Code:

    Ordinance No. 82-17, adopted July 20, 1982, as amended by Ordinance No. 84-5. Ordinance No. 82-17 established Road Improvements Districts Nos. 1—5. Ordinance No. 84-5 amended Ordinance No. 82-17 and changed the names of the districts to Municipal Service Taxing Units Nos 1—5 or alternatively, Municipal Service Taxing Units A—E.

    Both were repealed by Ord. No. 91-41, § 1; see § 26-16.

    Ordinance No. 85-39, adopted December 10, 1985; thirty-year franchise to Florida Power and Light Company; amended by Ordinance No. 90-29 and Ordinance No. 09-016.

    Ordinance No. 90-29, adopted September 11, 1990; amends Ordinance No. 85-39.

    Ordinance No. 09-016, adopted June 16, 2009; amends Ordinance No. 85-39 and Ordinance No. 90-29.

    Ordinance No. 2016-046 , adopted Sept. 27, 2016, established the Gulfstream Polo Community Development District.
